Can you answer Jake C’s question about Wholesale?:
I am considering starting up a small computer repair business out of my home to make some additional income. I can’t seem to find how to get replacement parts (hard drives, MB, etc) at wholesale so I don’t have to pay retail. Any suggestions?
Have you claimed your Genesis site?

Wholesale Feedback: First and foremost, you’ll need a tax license number in your state (or city, if applicable). This number is your state abbreviation followed by numbers, ie MO-12345678. This number will allow you to get set up with various vendors. Based upon a few things, like your company’s credit rating, D&B number (Dunn & Bradstreet, which is like a Social Security number thru which to build your company’s credit), and your payment options with that vendor, you can usually buy wholesale.
Many major companies like OfficeMax, Viking, TigerDirect, or even Dell, offer wholesale-type accounts, but you have to have your state tax license number or they won’t set up an account. There are also other companies that give you wholesale prices if you buy in bulk.
